What is the time commitment?

Each group coaching session is 60 minutes, twice a month. The first session on April 3 will be 90 minutes for a kickoff call. You will also have check-ins with your Accountability Pod and two 30-minute 1:1 coaching calls. If you choose the UPGRADED Program, you will have (1) - 90 minute private strategy session, as well. The more you engage, the more you’ll get out of it!

What makes this different from other leadership programs?

This is not just another leadership training, it’s a hands-on, interactive coaching experience designed to help you apply what you learn in real time. You’ll have a supportive peer group, direct coaching, and accountability to ensure real growth and change.

How does the Accountability Pod System work?

Each participant will be placed in an Accountability Pod, a small group designed for ongoing support, thought leadership, and accountability throughout the program. Your Pod will be a space to discuss challenges, share insights, and refine strategies together as you apply the program’s leadership principles in real time.

Will sessions be recorded?

Yes! If you miss a live session, you’ll have access to the recording so you can catch up.

How much does it cost?

$1,500 for the full 3-month program (Standard Program)

$2,000 for the full 3-month program (Standard Program) + a 90-minute 1:1 coaching and strategy session tailored to you. (UPGRADED Program)
